Yes. Prior reservation is required. Booking 2 days in advance is highly recommended, especially spring and autumn.

6/7 speed cross bikes. Wheel Size 26/24 inch. Suitable for riders of 145cm (5ft) or over…

4. Is there an age limit?

There is no set age limit, but all under 18s must be physically capable of riding and be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If your kids are under 145cm or you are travelling with small children, send us an email and we will try and figure something out :)

The course is mostly flat and we don’t ride too fast, but there are a couple of hills. If you are really worried about fitness, we suggest you try a half day course?

This can change depending on the season and the tastes of that day’s riders, maybe a Japanese ‘bento’ lunch box with rice, or maybe we will call into a noodle stand or try some other seasonal dish instead. If you are vegetarian, please inform us in advance.
